Westwynds is a contemporary renovation and transformation of an existing riverside home.

Located within the Green Belt and Flood Zone 3, the proposals respond sensitively to the site’s planning and environmental constraints. The design reorganises the home around views of the river, strengthening the connection between the interior, landscape and waterside setting.

Planning permission was secured in 2026.
